RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION
During a home inspection, we will conduct a thorough review of your home's function and safety. We will report on major and minor defects found throughout the exterior and interior of your home. This including systems like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures, and all other accessible components.
LIGHT COMMERCIAL INSPECTION
Morris Inspections, LLC is certified in commercial property inspections for apartment buildings, office buildings, restaurants, as well as all commercially-zoned properties 20,000 square feet or less.
Additional Building, Shed, Garage, or Shop
During a traditional inspection, we will automatically inspect one garage or carport. If the property you are purchasing has multiple buildings on site, then let us know. For an additional fee, we are happy to inspect any building on the property.
LEAD PAINT TESTING
For an additional fee, the inspector will test the exterior and interior for lead paint. The test results will be added to the inspection report on the same day.
MOLD TESTING
Mold can cause serious health risks to you and your family. Ask about adding mold testing to your inspection report. Lab results are usually available within 24 to 48 hours.
Asbestos Testing
Asbestos is a naturally occurring fibrous silicate mineral, known to cause serious health conditions like lung cancer, mesothelioma, and more. For an additional fee, the inspector will test your home for asbestos. Lab results are usually available within 24 to 48 hours.
